UGC NET test can change your career

But UGC, a government department, which is much responsible for various educational systems in the country, has a solution for it. National Eligibility Test, which is popularly known as NET, is taken to avail such educators and fill up the gap of demand and supply in the field of education.

The Net exam for the lecturers has been introduced for the first time by UGC. This has become the basic qualifying criteria for the very prestigious work of conducting research in the universities. The exam is governed by the Government of India, which has set some guidelines for the test, which are followed strictly. The NET exam is organized at the specified time in various places in the country. The test of NET is supervised by the National Eligibility Test Bureau.

Popularity
All over India, the test is being organized in the 84 centers, which are occupied by a large number of candidates every year. One can appear for this test in the month of June and December.

Notification
The notifications for these tests are made known to the candidates prior to the month of March and September. After the test is conducted, the results are released at large in October, for the exams conducted in June, and April for the test in December test.

The notifications are awaited by the candidate for the whole year. The candidates are enthusiastic for the UGC NET notification, as the test is very much awaited and praised by the candidates. As the notifications are out, the candidates become agitated and start giving even more efforts to their goal. The notification to the exam is like an indication of the start of the battle, which they need to win at any cost.

Paper type
In the past, the test of the NET was of subjective type, but from June 2012, the entire test has been converted to objective type. There are three papers in the test, which are explained below:
– The first paper is a general test that judges the teaching capabilities of the aspirants. It includes 60 questions on a whole, which are distributed in various sections such as reasoning, comprehension and general awareness. Each question is of two marks, and the aspirants are required to answer at around 50 questions at a bare minimum.
– The second paper, unlike the first one, includes questions in which it is necessary to answer all questions.
– The third paper of the test consists of 75 questions.

After clearing all the papers, the candidate is allowed to conduct a research in a national university.
