We are currently seeking CNC Mill Set-up Tech, Set-up Machinists and CNC Operators for our Fremont location. Day Shift: 1:20pm to 9:50pm Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K. General Job description: Responsible for setting and tending to the machine Responsible for making adjustments to the setup as necessary. Responsible for tending to multiple machines Ensuring the quality control of that process or machine, problem solving defects, tending to operators and periodic maintenance of each machine or process in their work center is completed. Duties and Responsibilities: They tend to difficult jobs and advanced processes in multiple work centers while providing support to lower-level employees across the shop. Their training revolves around ensuring that employees are getting a Lean operation that is both safe and productive at the same time. Education: Must be able to understand written instructions enough to ask questions that lead to a successful set up and eventually run.
